Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By availing services from GrowMore Logistics Packers And Movers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All services are provided as per the agreed scope in the quotation
• Additional services requested after commencement will incur extra charges
• We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are present
• Our IBA Approved status ensures adherence to industry quality standards

2. Booking & Payments

• A 20% advance payment is required to confirm booking
• Balance payment (80%) is required at the time of loading
• We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and digital payments
• Cancellations within 24 hours of service may incur 15% cancellation charges
• No refund will be provided after the goods have been loaded onto the vehicle

3. Packing & Handling

• We use standard high-quality packing materials including bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and stretch film
• Fragile and valuable items must be declared in advance for special handling
• Items not packed by our team are moved at owner's risk
• We are not liable for damage to improperly packed or undocumented items
• Customer must be present during packing to verify inventory

4. Liability & Insurance

• Basic insurance coverage (transit insurance) is included for all transported goods as per IBA guidelines
• Additional insurance coverage can be purchased for high-value items (jewelry, electronics, antiques)
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• We are not liable for damage due to natural disasters, accidents, or acts of God
• Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of goods or ₹5000 per item, whichever is lower
• Items like cash, jewelry, important documents, and perishables are carried at owner's risk

5. Vehicle Transportation

• Vehicles must have less than 1/4 tank of fuel at the time of transport
• All personal items, loose accessories, and valuables must be removed from vehicles before transport
• Existing damage will be noted, photographed, and documented before transport with customer sign-off
• We are not liable for mechanical failures, pre-existing conditions, or battery drainage during transport
• Open carriers are used unless enclosed transport is specifically requested (additional charges apply)

6. Storage Services

• Storage fees are charged monthly in advance at the time of storage
• A minimum of 15 days' notice is required for retrieval of stored items
• Perishable, hazardous, flammable, or illegal items cannot be stored
• Storage insurance is mandatory for all stored goods (included in storage fees)
• Items stored beyond 6 months without payment will be considered abandoned

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide an accurate and complete inventory of items to be moved
• Ensure proper vehicle access and parking availability at both origin and destination
• Obtain necessary parking permits, lift permissions, or society NOCs if required
• Be present or appoint an authorized representative during packing, loading, and unloading
• Secure pets, children, and elderly persons during moving operations
• Disconnect and prepare appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, AC, etc.) before moving day

8. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided in the quotation but are not guaranteed
• Long-distance moves may take 3-7 days depending on distance and route conditions
• Delays caused by weather, road conditions, legal issues, or other force majeure events are not our responsibility
• We will keep customers informed of any significant delays via phone or WhatsApp

9. Force Majeure

GrowMore Logistics Packers And Movers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones, landslides, etc.)
• Government actions, restrictions, curfews, or lockdowns
• Labor disputes, strikes, or lockouts not involving our employees
• Transportation failures, vehicle breakdowns, or accidents
• Political unrest, riots, or acts of terrorism
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation between both parties
• Unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
• Legal actions must be initiated within 6 months of service completion date
• All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Ghaziabad in the English language

11. General Terms

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and GrowMore Logistics
• We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice published on our website
• If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, other provisions remain in full effect
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
